Job summary

EY is seeking a strategic Salesforce architect to lead multi-cloud solutions and AI-enabled transformation for client engagements. You will embed with client teams to shape outcomes, design architecture, and guide delivery across Salesforce platforms, Data Cloud, and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years Salesforce implementation experience with teams of five+ people.
• 3+ years leading analysts, developers, or consultants.
• 2+ years Salesforce architecture on enterprise projects.
• Experience with Apex, Lightning, SOQL, Flow, APIs, integrations.
• Salesforce certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design sessions with sponsors, product owners, users, and delivery teams to define outcomes and value measures.
• Own or guide Salesforce solution architecture across multi-cloud environments (Sales, Service, Experience, Revenue/CPQ, Marketing, Data Cloud).
• Define target-state roadmaps balancing value, adoption, governance, data readiness, and security.
• Lead design of AI-assisted solutions, including prompt strategy, data grounding, testing, and adoption plans.
• Guide teams in using Salesforce tools to create practical, productivity-improving solutions.
• Establish standards, governance, reusable patterns, and quality checkpoints for delivery teams.
• Support pre-sales activities, including RFPs, statements of work, and delivery plans.
• Identify and mitigate risks across people, processes, data, and security.
