Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required (4-year).
Typically 4–6+ years of Salesforce implementation experience with teams of five or more.
Minimum 3 years leading teams of analysts, developers, or consultants.
Minimum 2 years Salesforce solution or technical architecture on enterprise projects.
Experience directing Salesforce development with Apex, LWCs, SOQL, Flow, APIs, integrations.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and secure data patterns.
Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Lead business-led discovery and design sessions with sponsors and teams.
Own or guide Salesforce solution architecture across multi-cloud environments.
Define target-state roadmaps balancing business value, AI, governance, and security.
Design AI-assisted solutions with prompt strategy, trusted data grounding, and adoption.
Guide use of Prompt Builder, Agentforce, Einstein, Flow, APIs, and Data Cloud assets.
Establish design standards, governance, reusable patterns, and quality checkpoints.
Lead or support pre-sales activities including proposals and delivery plans.
Identify and mitigate risks across process, data, security, and change management.
