Job summary

EY seeks a senior Salesforce and AI-enabled transformation architect to guide multi-cloud implementations for enterprise clients. You will lead business-led discovery, shape roadmaps, and coordinate with client teams to deliver measurable value across Salesforce, Data Cloud, and AI platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year).
• Typically 4–6+ years Salesforce implementation experience with teams of five+ people, including hands‑on configuration or architecture responsibilities.
• Minimum 3 years leading teams of analysts, developers, or consultants.
• Minimum 2 years Salesforce solution or technical architecture experience on enterprise projects.
• Experience directing Salesforce development teams with Apex, LWCs, SOQL, Flow, APIs, integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead business-led discovery and design sessions with executives and teams to define outcomes, user journeys, and value measures.
• Own or guide Salesforce solution architecture across multi-cloud environments (Sales, Service, Experience, Revenue/CPQ, Marketing, Data Cloud/Data 360, etc.).
• Define target-state roadmaps balancing business value, data readiness, security, governance, and adoption.
• Lead design of AI-assisted solutions, including prompts, grounding, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Guide teams in using Prompt Builder, Einstein, APIs, and enterprise knowledge sources to deliver practical solutions.
