Job summary

EY is seeking a Salesforce-focused architect/consultant to help clients reimagine their customer, employee, and operational experiences through Salesforce, Data Cloud, and AI-enabled transformation. You will embed with client teams, lead business and technology discussions, and shape scalable architectures.

The role requires 4–6+ years of Salesforce implementation experience, proven leadership of multi-person teams, and strong governance and security considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically 4–6+ years of Salesforce implementation experience with teams of five+ people.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams of analysts, developers, or consultants.
• Minimum 2 years of Salesforce solution or technical architecture experience on enterprise projects.
• Salesforce Admin and Platform App Builder certifications or equivalent credentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design sessions with sponsors and teams to define outcomes and value measures.
• Own or guide Salesforce solution architecture across multi-cloud environments.
• Define target-state roadmaps balancing business value, adoption, governance, and security.
• Lead design of AI-assisted solutions, including prompt strategy and safe data grounding.
• Guide teams in using Salesforce tools to deliver practical, productive outcomes.
• Establish design standards, governance, and reusable patterns for Salesforce delivery teams.
• Support pre-sales activities including solution shaping and delivery planning.
• Identify and mitigate risks across process, data, privacy, and change management.
