Job summary

EY is seeking a Salesforce Architect for Studio+ to embed with client teams and lead business and technology conversations. You’ll design AI-enabled Salesforce solutions across multi-cloud environments, define roadmaps, and guide adoption to deliver measurable value.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 4–6+ years of Salesforce implementation experience, with strong leadership, governance, and security awareness. EY offers hybrid work and a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically 4-6+ years of Salesforce implementation experience with teams of five or more.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams of analysts, developers, or consultants.
• Minimum 2 years of Salesforce solution or technical architecture experience on enterprise projects.
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications or equivalent credentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead business-led discovery and design sessions with stakeholders to define outcomes and value.
• Own or guide Salesforce solution architecture across multi-cloud environments (Sales, Service, Experience, Revenue/CPQ).
• Define target-state roadmaps balancing value, adoption, AI enablement, governance, data readiness, and security.
• Lead design of AI-assisted solutions, including prompt strategy, data grounding, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Guide use of Prompt Builder, Agentforce, Einstein, Flow, APIs, and Data Cloud/Data 360 for practical solutions.
• Establish design standards, governance, and reusable patterns for Salesforce delivery teams.
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution shaping, estimates, and delivery plans.
• Identify and mitigate risks across design, data, integration, privacy, and adoption.
• Coach analysts, consultants, seniors, developers, and architects to high-quality deliverables.
• Partner with EY leadership to track value realization and long-term scalability.
