Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically 4–6+ years of Salesforce implementation experience with teams of five+ people.
• Minimum 3 years leading teams of analysts, developers, or consultants.
• Minimum 2 years of Salesforce solution or technical architecture experience on enterprise projects.
• Experience directing Salesforce development teams with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow, APIs, integrations.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and secure, scalable data patterns.
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications or equivalent credentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead business-led discovery and design sessions with sponsors, product owners, users, and delivery teams to define outcomes and value measures.
• Own or guide Salesforce solution architecture across multi-cloud environments (Sales, Service, Experience, Revenue/CPQ, Marketing, Data Cloud).
• Define target-state solution roadmaps balancing value, adoption, governance, security, and technical debt.
• Design agentic and AI-assisted solutions including prompt strategy, data grounding, and operating model.
• Guide teams in using Salesforce tools to create practical, productivity-enhancing solutions.
• Establish design standards, architecture decision records, reusable patterns, and governance for Salesforce delivery teams.
• Lead pre-sales activities including solution shaping, RFP responses, and statements of work.
• Identify and mitigate risks across business process, technology, data, integration, security, and adoption.
• Coach analysts, consultants, seniors, developers, and architects to deliver high-quality client-ready recommendations.
