Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (4-year program).
• 4–6+ years Salesforce implementation experience with teams of five or more.
• 3+ years leading teams of analysts, developers, or consultants.
• 2+ years Salesforce solution/architecture on enterprise projects.
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, Flow, APIs, or similar platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-focused discovery and design to define outcomes and value.
• Define target-state Salesforce multi-cloud roadmaps balancing value, adoption, security, and data readiness.
• Guide AI-enabled solution design including prompts, data grounding, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Partner with EY leadership to track value realization and adoption.
