Job summary

ALO is seeking a Sales & Service Manager in Troy, MI to lead guest experience and drive sales performance within the store leadership team. The role emphasizes coaching the Sales & Service staff, optimizing floor coverage, and implementing the store strategy in partnership with the General Manager.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of retail leadership, strong communication, and the ability to build client relationships while representing ALO’s guiding principles on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team, coach, and drive guest experience initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and root cause sales opportunities with the GM to fix gaps.
• Oversee the Sales & Service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and educate on products.
• Build daily client relationships and address gaps with coaching.
• Ensure floor coverage with workforce planning and selling initiatives.
• Partner with GM to implement Sales & Service strategy.
