Job summary

ALO is hiring a Sales & Service Manager to lead the store’s Sales & Service team and partner with the General Manager on guest experience and business strategy. The role focuses on coaching staff, driving sales, and maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires 3–5 years of leadership in retail, strong communication, and the stamina to move throughout the store all day. ALOoffers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within the store leadership team.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales & Service team to deliver an exceptional guest experience on the floor.
• Partner with General Manager to build and implement Sales & Service strategy.
• Monitor budget, expenses and key metrics (e.g., sell-through).
• Develop scheduling and workforce coverage to support store needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to execute store goals and leadership vision.
