Job summary

ALO is seeking a Sales & Service Manager in New York to lead the store's Sales & Service team and elevate guest experience. The role reports to the General Manager and drives business performance, coaching staff, and optimizing operations to meet targets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and root cause sales opportunities with GM to improve processes.
• Oversee Sales & Service to deliver exceptional guest experiences on the floor.
• Build client relationships daily with customers.
• Ensure proper sales floor coverage and drive selling initiatives.
• Partner with GM to implement Sales & Service strategy.
