Job summary

ALO in Charlotte seeks a Sales & Service Manager to lead the store's guest experience and revenue strategy. You will supervise the Sales & Service team, coach staff, and ensure smooth front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

You will analyze metrics with the General Manager, build schedules, close the gap on opportunities, and represent the brand's guiding principles while delivering exceptional service to every guest.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading a retail or related team.
• Strong ability to drive guest experience and sales performance.
• Experience with scheduling, budgeting and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales & Service team to deliver exceptional guest experience on the floor.
• Partner with GM to manage budget, metrics and business planning.
• Develop workforce solutions and effective selling initiatives store-wide.
