Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a Studio Lead to drive sales, help members reach their goals, and support daily studio operations. You’ll nurture client relationships, communicate the value of memberships, and coordinate with instructors and management to hit growth targets.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced fitness environment. On-site schedule with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in customer service or front desk roles is preferred.
• Passion for health, wellness and helping others.
• Proficiency with technology and quick learner of new systems.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with clients to understand goals and recommend memberships.
• Communicate the value of the JETSET experience and convert inquiries into memberships.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in-person conversations.
• Support sales initiatives, promotions, and events to generate leads and grow membership.
• Create a welcoming, personalized client experience that keeps members engaged.
• Monitor member activity and reach out to at-risk clients to reduce churn.
• Partner with the GM and studio team to hit membership, retention, and revenue goals.
• Maintain accurate lead, sales, and member notes in studio systems.
