JETSET Pilates seeks a Studio Lead to drive sales and retention while delivering exceptional client experiences. You will support instructors, manage front desk operations, and help grow memberships through personalized service.

Success requires strong communication, multitasking, and a passion for health and wellness. Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience helping customers select services or products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Comfort with CRM/scheduling software.
• Willingness to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with clients to understand goals and recommend memberships.
• Confidently communicate the value of the JETSET experience and convert inquiries into memberships.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in person.
• Support sales initiatives, promotions, and events to drive growth.
• Create a welcoming, personalized studio experience for members.
• Maintain accurate lead, sales, and member notes in studio systems.
• Assist management with schedule updates and studio information.
