Job summary

Rowan in Downtown Naperville is seeking a customer-obsessed Studio Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional piercing and shopping experience, supporting the team on weekends. You will assist customers with ear piercings, provide product recommendations, and uphold Rowan’s high cleanliness and safety standards.

You will educate customers on piercing procedures and aftercare, upsell jewelry and care kits, and help maintain inventory and smooth studio operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or service industry preferred.
• Able to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Comfort with basic math and sales transactions.
• Lifts up to 25 pounds and stands for 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and create a celebratory environment.
• Check in customers or help book appointments using POS and systems.
• Assist with selecting piercing and hypoallergenic jewelry.
• Answer questions about piercing, aftercare, and product details.
• Promote Rowan’s products and upsell non-piercing jewelry and kits.
• Maintain studio cleanliness, safety, and inventory display.
• Process transactions and manage returns/exchanges.
