Job summary

Rowan is seeking a Studio Manager to lead the daily operations of our ear piercing studio at Southdale Center, delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining safety, and driving sales. You will manage Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates, coach the team, and ensure Rowan’s Clinical Safety standards are followed.

This full-time role requires retail leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven experience in retail management or similar role.
• Strong leadership with ability to coach and develop a team.
• Customer-obsessed mindset delivering memorable experiences.
• Track record of driving store sales and profitability.
• Experience with inventory management and loss prevention.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in piercing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of studio staff to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Meet studio targets and manage revenue growth with clear performance expectations.
• Oversee inventory, POS accuracy, visual merchandising and store standards.
• Train and onboard staff on safety protocols and product knowledge.
• Prepare reports on studio performance and coordinate with marketing.
