Sphere Entertainment Co. in the United States seeks a Senior Manager, Business Operations to partner with Sphere Studios & Tech Ops leadership—driving cross-functional collaboration, staffing strategy, and operational efficiency.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics and business operations, reporting to Sphere's Senior Director, Business Operations, and will design scalable workflows and real-time dashboards across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in business operations or strategy roles within entertainment or media.
• Ability to collaborate across functions in a matrix organization.
• Strong verbal and written communication and project management skills.
• Travel flexibility for occasional trips.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and improve cross-functional workflows.
• Manage resource allocation, scheduling and capacity planning with production management.
• Create and maintain operational playbooks, SOPs and documentation.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for real-time production visibility.
• Provide data-driven insights for quarterly reviews and executive updates.
• Assist in budget tracking and financial operations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Venue Operations to align studio output with priorities.
• Establish ownership, communication cadences and escalation paths.
• Evaluate tools and automation to increase output and reduce manual effort.
• Deliver exceptional experiences for guests, partners and team members on-site.
