Sphere Entertainment Co. is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Operations to partner with Sphere Studios & Tech Ops leadership — driving cross-functional collaboration, resourcing strategy, and operational efficiency.

The role works across the broader Sphere organization to monitor production demands, design scalable workflows, and translate data into staffing recommendations that yield measurable efficiency gains.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Business Operations, Production Operations, Strategy & Operations, or Consulting.
• Ability to operate effectively across functions and levels in a matrixed organization.
• Strong prioritization and multi-tasking with stakeholder management.
• Strategic thinking with ability to drive process improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve cross-functional workflows.
• Maintain time-tracking and optimize resource allocation, scheduling, and capacity planning.
• Build and maintain operational playbooks, SOPs and documentation for recurring Studio processes.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for real-time visibility into production progress and studio health.
• Provide data-driven insights for quarterly reviews, planning sessions, and executive updates.
• Assist in budget tracking and financial operations.
• Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, and Venue Operations to align studio output with enterprise priorities.
• Establish ownership, communication cadences, and escalation paths across departments.
• Evaluate tools and automation opportunities to increase output and reduce manual work.
• Ensure guest/partner experiences adhere to appearance and presentation guidelines on-site.
