Job summary

Sphere Entertainment Co. in the United States seeks a Senior Manager, Business Operations to partner with Sphere Studios & Tech Ops leadership — driving cross-functional collaboration, resourcing strategy, and operational efficiency across the organization.

You will design scalable workflows, maintain time-tracking and capacity planning, build dashboards and KPIs for real-time production visibility, and deliver data-driven insights for executive reviews.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Business Operations, Production Operations, Strategy & Operations, or Consulting.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively across functions and levels in a matrixed organization.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, project management and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve cross-functional workflows.
• Maintain time-tracking process across all Studio & Tech Ops resources and partner with production management to improve resource allocation, scheduling and capacity planning.
• Build and maintain operational playbooks, SOPs and documentation for recurring Studio processes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs and real-time production visibility for leadership reviews.
