- Extensive experience in strategic planning, operations, or consulting.
- Proven ability to advise senior executives and support complex decisions.
- Strong ability to synthesize data into clear insights and recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Lead executive strategy and advisory activities for the VP, Head of Operations.
- Manage the Strategy & Planning team and set priorities and governance.
- Design and operate the Studio Business Group's integrated cadence and forums.
- Partner with Finance, Technology, Production and Development Strategy to align plans.
- Coach and develop team members and drive cross-functional initiatives.
