Job summary

Sphere Entertainment Co. is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Operations to partner with Sphere Studios Tech Ops leadership and drive cross-functional collaboration, resourcing strategy, and operational efficiency.

You will design scalable workflows and translate data into staffing recommendations. Based in Burbank, CA, this role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics and operations, reporting to the Senior Director, Business Operations.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Business Operations, Production Operations, Strategy & Operations, or Consulting.
• Ability to operate effectively across functions and levels in a matrixed organization.
• Strong prioritization skills with multiple concurrent assignments.
• Strategic thinker able to drive meaningful process improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, plus project and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve cross-functional workflows.
• Maintain time-tracking and coordinate with production management to improve resource allocation, scheduling and capacity planning.
• Build and maintain operational playbooks, SOPs and documentation for recurring Studio processes.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs that provide leadership with real-time visibility into production progress and studio utilization.
• Provide data-driven insights for quarterly reviews, planning sessions, and executive updates.
• Assist in budget tracking and financial operations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Venue Operations to align studio output with enterprise priorities and timelines.
• Drive accountability across departments by establishing ownership, cadence and escalation paths.
• Evaluate tools, systems and automation opportunities to increase output and reduce manual effort.
