Job summary

JETSET Pilates seeks an Assistant General Manager to foster a thriving studio community and elevate the client experience through consistent service delivery. • Oversee front-of-house operations, answer calls, respond to emails, and process sales.
• Support new client onboarding and integration into the JETSET community.
• Collaborate with the GM to boost local brand awareness and events.
• Monitor client experience metrics and act on feedback to improve service.
