Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-performing studio, balancing business management with active instruction and community engagement. You will own operations, guest experience, staffing, and performance across memberships, utilization, and revenue, while maintaining a hands-on in-studio presence.

You’ll complete the JETSET Instructor Training Academy, teach 6-8 classes weekly, and be a brand ambassador in the local wellness scene, building partnerships and ensuring brand

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations or general management in boutique fitness or hospitality.
• Proven track record leading high-performing teams across locations.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter with initiative.
• Strong sales instincts with revenue-target experience.
• Analytical with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead instructors, Studio Leads, and staff.
• Oversee daily studio operations and guest experience.
• Drive memberships, utilization, retention, and revenue.
• Develop and execute community partnerships.
