You will greet clients, assist with memberships, and help maintain a welcoming community that aligns with the brand’s hospitality standard.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, effective communication, and teamwork to achieve membership and retention goals in a fast-paced studio setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or hospitality environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver great client service.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with technology and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships with clients and recommend memberships/packages.
• Confidently communicate value and convert inquiries to memberships.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in person.
• Support promotions, events, and initiatives to grow memberships.
• Maintain accurate lead, sales, and member notes in studio systems.
• Manage front desk, lobby, and studio operations.
