Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking an Assistant General Manager in West Lake Hills, TX to lead store operations and drive sales in a wellness retail setting.

You will mentor staff, train teams, and partner with the General Manager to uphold Restore’s culture while meeting performance targets and guest satisfaction. This role requires a customer-focused leader with 1–3 years of management experience and a passion for health and wellness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 1–3 years of management experience.
• Passion for fitness and wellness.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a high-performance team delivering exceptional customer service.
• Lead and influence staff to achieve customer satisfaction and productivity.
• Oversee onboarding and training of new non-medical employees.
• Support GM in implementing restorative culture and company initiatives.
• Assist in planning monthly team meetings and store events.
