Job summary

AFG HoldCo’s sales team seeks a responsive Sales Associate to enhance the member experience and support front-line studio operations. The role focuses on delivering brand-aligned service, driving membership sales, and building relationships with prospective and current members.

Reporting to the Studio Manager, you will participate in team meetings, support marketing initiatives, and maintain a welcoming studio environment while handling transactions with integrity and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or related field preferred (0–1 year).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva is a plus.
