AFG HoldCo is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager in a full-time role at our fitness studio. This position focuses on delivering an exceptional member experience, leading tours, presenting memberships, and driving enrollment with a high-energy, service-driven approach.

The role reports to the Studio Manager and supports staff development, transaction accuracy, and brand standards across the studio. Flexibility for weekends is required in a dynamic fitness environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–1 year of experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or related field.
• At least 6 months of leadership, supervisory responsibilities, or managing people, programs, or projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, inclusive, and high-energy experience for all members and guests.
• Conduct studio tours, present membership options, and communicate programs and benefits.
• Achieve sales goals by outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation to drive growth.
• Build relationships within the local community to increase brand awareness.
• Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of Sales Associates.
