AFG HoldCo's Warrington studio is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to support front-line operations and deliver an exceptional member experience. You will share the brand story, drive membership sales, and collaborate with the team to meet goals.

Responsibilities include guiding tours, processing payments, and maintaining studio standards in a high-energy environment. Prior customer service or sales exposure is helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, sales or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, high-energy experiences for members and guests.
• Explain membership options and answer questions about programs.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals through outreach and follow-ups.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain records using company tools.
• Maintain a clean, organized studio environment and represent brand standards.
• Support community outreach and marketing initiatives as needed.
