AFG HoldCo is seeking a Sales Associate to support front-line studio operations and deliver an exceptional member experience. You will be a key contact for prospective and current members, sharing the brand story, driving memberships, and partnering with the team to reach sales goals.

The role requires a positive, service-oriented mindset, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy studio setting. Reports to the Studio Manager and supports a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or a related field preferred (0-1 year).

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, high-energy experience for members and guests reflecting brand standards.
• Communicate membership options and answer questions about programs and services.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals through outreach and lead generation.
• Maintain a clean, well-presented studio environment.
• Process sales transactions with accuracy and integrity.
• Respond to member inquiries and feedback professionally.
