Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–1 year of experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or related field.
• At least 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, high-energy experience reflecting brand standards to members and guests.
• Conduct studio tours, present membership options, and communicate programs and benefits.
• Achieve sales goals through outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation activities.
• Maintain accurate member records and complete documentation with integrity.
• Support onboarding, training, and mentoring of Sales Associates.
• Partner with team to deliver a seamless member experience and support marketing initiatives.
