Job summary

AFG HoldCo is seeking a Sales Associate to support front-line studio operations and deliver exceptional member experiences at our fitness studios. You will be the first point of contact for prospective and current members, promote the brand story, and help drive membership sales with a positive, service-oriented approach.

The role requires strong communication, a team mindset, and the ability to meet and exceed performance expectations in a dynamic studio setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or related field preferred (0–1 year).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, high-energy experience for members, prospective members, and guests reflecting brand standards.
• Accurately complete and maintain member documentation and records using company systems.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and development opportunities.
• Conduct studio tours and communicate membership options clearly; answer questions about programs and services.
• Partner with studio team to create a seamless and positive member experience.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals through outreach, follow-ups, and lead generation to drive growth.
• Build relationships within the local community to increase brand awareness and new business.
• Support marketing initiatives including social media engagement and studio activations.
• Maintain a clean, organized studio environment aligned with standards.
• Communicate with members across in-person, phone, email, and text channels.
