AFG HoldCo is looking for a Sales Associate to support front-line studio operations and deliver an exceptional member experience at our studios. You will be a key contact for prospective and current members, sharing the brand story and driving membership growth.

Working with the studio team, you’ll help achieve sales goals, maintain a welcoming environment, and ensure a seamless studio experience with strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, high-energy experience for members, prospects and guests reflecting brand standards.
• Explain membership options and answer questions about programs and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately (cash and credit).
• Support marketing efforts and community events.
• Maintain a clean, organized studio environment.
• Build relationships to drive membership growth.
