In this role, you will tour facilities, discuss membership options, process transactions, and collaborate with the team to maintain a welcoming, high-energy environment that aligns with brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 year experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, high-energy experiences for members and guests.
• Explain membership options and answer questions about programs.
• Process sales transactions accurately and securely.
• Maintain a clean, organized studio environment.
• Build relationships and drive membership growth through outreach.
• Support marketing initiatives and community events.
• Communicate across in-person, phone, email, and text.
