Qualifications

• Ability to close sales, handle objections, and convert prospects into loyal members.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and energy, making every guest feel valued.
• Drive membership and package sales by connecting clients to the Glowbar experience.
• Lock in rebooking and manage waitlists to optimize the schedule.
• Be the studio voice across phone, email, and text with professionalism.
• Share product knowledge and at-home skincare routines to support journeys.
• Track personal sales performance and close rates for continuous improvement.
• Keep the studio clean and guest-ready from front desk to back of house.
