Qualifications

• 1+ year hospitality and/or sales experience with proven client service and meeting/exceeding sales goals
• Warm, professional hospitality presence with ability to upsell and close sales
• Flexible availability including weekends and full-time/part-time options

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and energy to create a top guest experience
• Drive membership and package sales with a sales-focused approach and clear targets
• Handle bookings, rebooking, and waitlist to optimize the schedule and retention
• Be the voice of the studio via phone, email, and text with professionalism
• Share product knowledge and at-home skincare routines to support journeys
• Track personal sales performance and report metrics to improve close rates
• Keep the studio tidy, organized, and client-ready across front desk and back
• Communicate observations to management to improve client experience
• Represent Glowbar with presentation standards and education
