Glowbar is hiring a Membership Sales Guide at our Back Bay studio. You will own the front desk, welcome clients with warmth, drive membership and package sales, and ensure a seamless experience from check-in to checkout.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hospitality and/or sales experience.
• Strong client service with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Genuine passion for people, hospitality, and skincare.
• Comfort with commission-based earnings and sales targets.
• Warm, professional presence with a hospitality-first mindset.
• Flexible availability including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Own the front desk and set the tone for every visit.
• Welcome clients with warmth and energy.
• Drive membership and package sales.
• Lock in rebooking and manage waitlist.
• Handle client communications via phone, email, text.
• Share product knowledge and at-home routines.
• Track personal sales performance and close rates.
• Keep studio spotless and client-ready.
• Share observations with management to improve experience.
• Be Glowbar ambassador in presentation and education.
