Glowbar is seeking a Studio Guide in Massachusetts to be the welcoming first face and the voice clients hear. You will own the front desk, drive membership and package sales, and coordinate rebooking to keep schedules optimized for repeat business.

This role emphasizes hospitality, energy, and a sales-driven mindset, with duties spanning client communication, product knowledge sharing, and meticulous studio upkeep.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hospitality experience and/or sales with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
• Genuine passion for people, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences.
• Confidence in sales conversations and ability to meet membership targets.

Responsibilities

• Own the front desk and set the tone for every visit.
• Drive membership and package sales with a focus on revenue targets.
• Manage rebooking, waitlists, and post-service follow-ups for retention.
• Be the voice of the studio via phone, email, and text with professionalism.
• Share skincare knowledge and upsell skincare products when appropriate.
• Track personal sales metrics and continuously improve close rates.
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and guest-ready.
• Communicate observations and improvements to management.
