Glowbar Inc. is seeking a Studio Guide in Chestnut Hill, MA, to own the front desk, welcome clients, and drive membership and package sales with a hands-on, hospitality-driven approach.

You will handle all client communications and help customers chooseGlowbar experiences, upsell retail items, and ensure seamless visits. Strong sales skills and guest-service mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of hospitality experience and/or sales experience with a proven track record of superior client service and meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Genuine passion for people, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences.
• Confidence in sales conversations and a strong drive to meet and exceed membership sale targets.

Responsibilities

• Own the front desk and set the tone for every visit.
• Welcome clients with warmth and energy; make them feel like the most important guest.
• Drive membership and package sales; connect clients to Glowbar experiences and results.
• Lock in rebooking and manage the waitlist to optimize the schedule.
• Be the voice of the studio; handle client communications via phone, email, and text.
• Share product knowledge and at-home routine suggestions to support skincare journeys.
• Track and report on personal sales performance and conversion rates.
