Job summary

Rowan is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee our ear piercing studio in Edina, MN. You will lead a team of nurses and sales associates, drive sales, and ensure safety and a welcoming, celebratory environment for every guest.

You will manage operations, inventory, training, and performance metrics, while representing Rowan’s Clinical Safety standards and brand. This is a full-time on-site role with a customer-obsessed culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Customer-obsessed approach with focus on memorable experiences.
• Proven track record of driving sales and profitability.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Comfortable using POS systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of studio staff, including Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates, ensuring exceptional service.
• Meet studio targets and drive revenue growth with a performance-oriented culture.
• Oversee inventory, safety, cleanliness, and visual merchandising to brand standards.
• Train and onboard new staff, provide coaching and development.
• Prepare reports on studio performance and coordinate with marketing initiatives.
