Rowan is seeking a Studio Manager to lead our Woodbury Lakes ear-piercing studio, delivering exceptional customer experiences while managing daily operations, safety, and team performance.

You will drive sales, oversee inventory, coach Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates, ensure adherence to Rowan’s Clinical Safety standards, and cultivate a warm, celebratory environment that makes every guest feel valued.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management experience (3–5 years) in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development abilities.
• Customer-obsessed approach with a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
• Proven track record of driving sales and store profitability.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays; fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a studio team of Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates.
• Meet or exceed studio sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Oversee inventory management, POS accuracy, and loss prevention measures.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and maintain a clean, welcoming studio.
• Train and onboard staff; coordinate with marketing and product launches.
• Prepare reports on studio performance and financial targets.
