Rowan in Winston-Salem is hiring a Studio Manager to lead our ear-piercing studio, driving sales and ensuring a safe, welcoming customer experience. You will manage a Nurse Piercer and sales team, uphold Rowan’s Clinical Safety standards, and oversee operations from inventory to payroll.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in retail management, a passion for customer service, and strong leadership with a focus on results.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily studio operations to ensure safety, cleanliness, and high service levels.
• Lead, coach and develop Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates to deliver exceptional service.
• Drive store sales targets, optimize appointments, and manage inventory.
• Coordinate staffing to ensure optimal coverage and payroll adherence.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and Rowan standards.
• Train new staff on procedures, safety protocols, and product knowledge.
