Job summary

Rowan's ear-piercing studio in Boulder seeks a proactive Studio Manager to oversee daily operations, deliver top-tier customer service, and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. You will lead Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates, drive revenue, and ensure compliance with Rowan’s Clinical Safety standards.

The role emphasizes training, scheduling, and team development, with a focus on creating a joyful, memorable piercing experience while meeting studio targets and brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience 3–5 years, preferably in service-oriented environment.
• Jewelry or beauty retail experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership to inspire and develop a team.
• Customer-obsessed with excellence in service.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable with technology, POS and standard software.

Responsibilities

• Lead studio staff to ensure exceptional customer service and safety.
• Drive revenue growth and meet studio targets.
• Schedule staff within labor allocations and manage payroll.
• Oversee inventory, POS accuracy, and loss prevention.
• Train and onboard new staff on procedures and safety.
• Prepare reports on studio performance and opportunities.
• Coordinate with marketing on initiatives and launches.
