Rowan’s ear-piercing studio in Edina, MN seeks a results-oriented Studio Manager to lead daily operations, ensure safety and a celebratory customer experience, and drive revenue growth. You will manage Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates on the Southdale Center location, model Rowan’s Clinical Safety standards, and foster an inclusive, high-performing team culture.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience required (3–5 years).
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Customer-obsessed mindset with a track record of delivering memorable experiences.
• Experience driving sales and optimizing store profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily studio operations and customer service standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates.
• Schedule staff to ensure optimal coverage and payroll control.
• Ensure inventory control, POS accuracy, and loss prevention.
• Train onboarding of new staff and ongoing development.
• Prepare reports on studio performance including sales and customer feedback.
