Job summary

Rowan is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee the Grand Boulevard ear piercing studio. You will lead and coach a team of Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates, drive sales, ensure safety and a welcoming environment, and coordinate with marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in retail management, a customer-obsessed mindset, and strong organizational skills to optimize operations and inventory across the studio.

• 3–5 years in a retail management role, ideally service-oriented or jewelry experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and customer service excellence.
• Lead, coach, and develop Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates; drive revenue and targets.
• Manage inventory, POS accuracy, visual merchandising, and store compliance with safety standards.
• Train onboarding staff and provide ongoing development; coordinate with corporate marketing.
• Prepare reports on performance and budgets; monitor expenses and payroll.
