Rowan, a leading ear-piercing and hypoallergenic jewelry brand, seeks a Studio Manager to lead a busy Pear Street studio. You will coach Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates, drive sales, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and an exceptional customer experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, training, and adapting to a fast-paced retail environment. You will schedule staff, monitor inventory, engage with the local community, and coordinate with marketing on product launches.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail management role (3–5 years) in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong leadership to inspire and develop a team.
• Customer-obsessed with delivering memorable, joyful customer experiences.
• Proven track record of driving sales and store profitability.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management and POS workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily studio operations and customer experience in a busy ear-piercing studio.
• Lead, coach, and develop Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates to deliver Rowan standards.
• Meet or exceed studio sales targets and manage payroll within budget.
• Train new staff on procedures, safety protocols, and product knowledge.
• Prepare reports on performance and coordinate with marketing for launches.
