Rowan is seeking an energetic Studio Manager to oversee our ear-piercing studio in New York, ensuring exceptional customer service, safety, and a celebratory experience while driving sales and leading a small team of nurses and sales associates.

You will mentor staff, manage inventory, and uphold Rowan’s safety standards, aiming to exceed studio targets and create a welcoming environment for every guest. This full-time role requires flexibility for weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail management experience, preferably in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Customer-obsessed approach with on-floor selling and exceptional service.
• Proven track record of driving sales and store profitability.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with Google Suite and POS systems; basic retail math

Responsibilities

• Lead customer experience on the sales floor and ensure a welcoming studio.
• Coach Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates to deliver Rowan standards.
• Meet or exceed studio sales targets and manage inventory and merchandising.
• Oversee payroll planning, scheduling, and staffing for coverage.
• Train new staff and provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Prepare studio performance reports and coordinate marketing initiatives.
