Rowan, Inc. seeks a Studio Manager to run the Las Vegas ear piercing studio, delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining safety, and driving sales with strong leadership.

You will lead Nurse Piercers and Sales Associates, manage staff schedules, inventory, and visual merchandising, while upholding Rowan’s Clinical Safety standards and brand values. This role requires a hands-on, customer-obsessed attitude and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in retail management, preferably in a service environment.
• Strong leadership to inspire and develop a team.
• Customer-obsessed with a focus on memorable experiences.
• Proven track record driving sales and store profitability.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work weekends/holidays.
• Comfort with technology and POS systems.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to piercing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming, celebratory atmosphere and greet customers.
• Lead on the selling floor with your teams, delivering celebratory customer service.
• Help customers choose and style earrings with Rowan jewelry.
• Handle inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain a clean, safe studio environment at all times.
• Engage with the local community to drive brand awareness and appointments.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of studio staff to ensure exceptional service.
• Schedule staff to meet payroll plans and audit for accuracy; recruit for open positions.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure POS accuracy and loss prevention.
• Meet or exceed studio sales targets and communicate Rowan value to customers.
• Ensure visual merchandising reflects brand guidelines and safety standards.
• Provide training and development opportunities for staff.
• Prepare reports on studio performance and coordinate with corporate on marketing initiatives.
