Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC in Boston is seeking a Studio Manager to lead daily studio operations, coach and inspire CPY teachers, and create a premium in-studio experience for the community. You will recruit and develop a world-class team of instructors and studio staff, fostering a Core Values culture and driving membership growth.

You will work with the District Manager to meet company and studio goals, committing to 40+ hours per week, teaching at least four classes weekly, and ensuring policy

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in studio manager role or leadership equivalent.
• Facilitation and training experience required, 200HR certified preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing community and meeting key performance metrics.
• Works well cross functionally with diverse personalities and styles at different levels of seniority.
• Ability to work with multiple deadlines with a solutions-oriented approach, nimble with construction timelines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador and business driver for CorePower Yoga in the studio and market.
• Own all processes related to day-to-day operations of the studio including leading the teaching team and Studio Coordinators.
• Lead membership generation with local sales to hit studio goals, including Founding Membership openings.
• Recruit, train, onboard teachers and staff according to class count goals.
• Meet and exceed performance targets related to membership, teacher training revenue, class count, attendance, retention and NPS.
• Lead Teacher Training programs (200HR, 50HR, intensives) to support recruitment and revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business priorities.
• Foster a community of Teachers and Studio Experience Team to deliver excellent studio and class experiences.
• Stabilize growth post-opening and manage revenue, profitability, and culture of the studio.
• Commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week, primarily in-studio, with on-call availability and at least one weekend day.
• Teach a minimum of 4 classes per week in multiple formats to support studio success.
• Ensure communication and enforcement of CorePower policies and standards.
• Partner with analytics to optimize schedule based on attendance history.
