Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC, a leading national yoga studio brand, seeks a Studio Manager in San Francisco to lead daily studio operations, coach teachers, and deliver a premium in-studio experience for our community.

You will build and guide a high-performing team, drive membership and revenue, and work with analytics to optimize class schedules while maintaining Core Power values and guest satisfaction. This role requires 40+ hours weekly with weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in studio manager or leadership role.
• Facilitation and training experience preferred, 200HR certification preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with focus on community growth and KPIs like membership and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own all day-to-day studio operations including leading the teaching team and Studio Coordinators.
• Partner with local sales to generate membership leads and meet goals.
• Recruit, train, onboard teachers and staff according to class-count targets.
• Meet and exceed targets for membership, training revenue, class count, attendance and retention.
• Lead Teacher Training programs (200HR, 50HR, intensives) to support recruitment and revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business priorities.
• Foster a community of teachers and Studio Experience Team (SET).
• Stabilize studio growth post-opening and through its lifetime, with focus on revenue, profitability, and culture.
• Commit to 40+ hours/week in-studio, with some weekend work and on-call duties.
• Teach a minimum of 4 classes weekly across formats.
