Job summary

CorePower Yoga is seeking a Studio Manager to lead daily studio operations, coach a team of teachers, and deliver a premium in-studio experience that reflects CorePower’s values. You will drive membership growth, recruit and train staff, and partner with district leadership to achieve studio goals.

Responsibilities include managing scheduling, performance targets, and ensuring policy adherence while maintaining a welcoming community.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in studio manager role or leadership equivalent.
• Facilitation and training experience required, 200HR certified preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growing community and meeting key performance metrics.
• Works well cross functionally with diverse personalities and styles at different levels of seniority.
• Ability to work with multiple deadlines with a solutions-oriented approach, nimble as construction timelines shift for new studios.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador and business driver for CorePower Yoga in the studio and market.
• Own all processes related to the day-to-day operations of the studio including leading the teaching team, and Studio Coordinator(s).
• Key leader and partner with the local sales team in generating membership leads to achieve studio goals.
• Recruit, train, onboard teachers and staff according to class count goal.
• Meet and exceed performance targets related to membership, teacher training revenue, class count and attendance, client retention and NPS.
• Lead Teacher Training programs to support recruitment and revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business priorities.
• Foster a community of Teachers and Studio Experience Team to deliver excellent studio and class experiences.
