Job summary

CorePower Yoga is seeking a Studio Manager to lead daily studio operations, coach teachers, and create a premium in-studio experience for the community. You will build and guide a high-performing team, drive membership growth, and partner with regional leadership to meet studio and company goals.

You will recruit, train, and retain staff while teaching several classes weekly and coordinating teacher-training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a studio manager or leadership role.
• Facilitation and training experience; 200HR certification preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to multitask and meet multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador and business driver for CorePower Yoga in the studio and market.
• Own all day-to-day studio operations, lead teaching team and Studio Coordinator, and partner with local sales to achieve membership goals.
• Recruit, train, and onboard teachers and staff according to class-count goals.
• Meet and exceed performance targets for membership, teacher training revenue, class count, attendance, retention and NPS.
• Lead Teacher Training programs (200HR, 50HR, intensives) to support recruitment and revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business priorities.
• Foster a community of Teachers and Studio Experience Team to deliver excellent studio/class experiences.
• Stabilize studio growth post-opening and support revenue, profitability and culture across regions.
• Commit to 40+ hours per week, including weekends and some holidays; be available as on-call manager.
• Teach a minimum of 4 classes per week in multiple formats to support studio success.
